my friend and i messed around with all the at-home remedies for bee stings and i healed about a week faster than ever! i think it was the vinegar and baking soda paste- it is known to suck the venom out. not bad.

tonight was my last interval workout with the track club before i move to virginia. sad, sad day. i will surely miss these people, especially the one and only Micah Adriani.

the heat index was only in the low 90s when we were running tonight... awesome!!

I just left my running club buddies in Auburn last week, so I feel your pain. There are some great trails and great runner folks in VA for you to join, though... (you should get Jason out there as a running buddy, too...)

I am going to do my best to get Jason to run. He just got some running shoes, so when we get to Virginia he will have no excuse! The weather should be a little more bearable too.

So I kind of saw that you got a job? Congrats! Where are you now? Leaving good running clubs stinks :(
